Net surface of the units is ranging from 74 to 161 m2. Each unit has a separate entrance and a living space on two levels (ground floor and first floor). Entrance is separated from the street by small fenced yards, while the main courtyard is located on the opposite side of the houses. Some units are equipped with an underground garage, while for others, garage is provided in a separate building at the end of the row.
The construction of Phase I has been completed in October 2018.
