With only <a href=\"https:\/\/g.page\/SolarnaDolina?share\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10 minutes to the city center<\/a> of Novi Sad, it provides fast and easy access to all city features, while at the same time offering benefits of living outside of the urban core, mainly in terms of noise and traffic reduction, dominance of natural elements, open spaces and high levels of privacy and security.<\/p>\n<p>On the area of 4.3 hectares, 112 residential units size from 83 m2 up to 175 m2 is planned for construction.
